Wow it is Friday already. As I promised no homework, but I recommend that you spend a lot of time on the annotated bibliography. Try to have it done soon so that next weekend you will just be editing. It is important tot have a lot time to edit your paper as careless little mistakes can ruin an excellent paper.

For tomorrow please answer the questions on the sheet that I gave you in class for the introduction. Please also have your Mythology book with you. This is part of being prepared for class. You do not need to write out the answers, but you should be very familiar with the answers to the six questions.

Please review pages 24-47, paying attention to questions 3-8 on the review sheet. There will be a quiz on the 12 Olympians tomorrow.

In Mythology, review pages 48-77 and study the questions on the review sheet. Remember there may be a quiz any day.

Your homework for the weekend is to write an etiological myth, that is a myth explaining the reason why something is the way it is. For example why the sun rises in the east and sets in the west. You can use Greek characters or make up new ones. the paper is due Monday in correct MLA format. It needs to be two pages, or within a couple lines of two pages long (double spaced).
